This "update" removed the icon completely from my phone. The only listing is under the Manage section and there's no way I can copy the icon to where I can swipe over to use the app. Useless right now.
Always says activation in progress for my home network protection.. paying for a service that I cannot use. Talked to CS for 2 hours got another router and still didn't help. Mind you I've deleted the app and reset the router a lot to try and fix it like they told me to do. That's always the answer ugh think I may switch to Xfinity after many years with Fios. Update Developers left me a message to write them and never replied back. developers I've sent 5 emails you give me here. Never a reply.
every time I sign in I have to resest my password. it takes longer to sign in than it does to do anything else in the app.
Literally never works. Tells you it's unavailable at the moment. It's been unavailable for 2 years lol. Makes it impossible to cancel. Beware.
Whose Bill is it? I did apply for Government Help. M Other wise I am not able to USE Internet. I have the Lowest Income how to pay so much Monthly BILLS?
I like to use this app to see how much I still owe.
